Watchmen’s visas tied to fire-fighting training

AJMAN — Residence permits will not be issued or renewed to watchmen of residential, industrial and commercial buildings unless they have gone through the training on safety and protection aspects offered to them by Ajman Civil Defence, Brigadier Salih Saeed Al Matroushi, Director-General, Ajman Civil Defence Department, has said.

AJMAN — Residents of 17 villas in a complex in Al Nuamia Area of Ajman gathered yesterday at the Ajman Municipality to lodge complaints against the owner for forcing them to pay Dh1, 000 for parking spaces, which does not find any mention in the lease contract.
